Participation at CAPAM Biennial Conference

COMNET-IT has enjoyed a long-standing collaboration with the Commonwealth Association for Public Administration and Management (CAPAM). Our presence at their biennial conference in Glasgow (held on the 7th to 11th September) marked another milestone in another partnership: that with the Centre of Specialisation in Public Administration and Management (CESPAM). CESPAM were promoting the launch of their web-site and of SADC networking for E-Government (see www.cespam.net). Both these initiatives are being developed in partnership with COMNET-IT.
